"This daycare was really nice, the teachers were nice, and my oldest son enjoyed it better than his last daycare. Our second son was born and we also placed him at this facility as well. As time continued forwards, things really started to take a turn unfortunately. My oldest was getting hurt and I would get a paper from my wife from the daycare explaining what happened maybe 1 out of 15 times, bruises on his face, bite marks, cuts etc. My biggest complaint was when it was 90+ outside, I knew it was going to be hot so I didn't let him bring a jacket or sweater, but at the end of the day he was in the room where the sun shines through and he was in a sweater that he did not bring in that day, it was zipped up, and his hood was on, (he doesn't know how to use a zipper). I pulled the hood off him and he was absolutely drenched in sweat and beat red. I brought him out to my truck and put the a/c on full blast and poured a bottle of water on him to help cool him off, then he began to chug an entire bottle of water.... I spoke with someone who worked there and she watched the cameras and said he just came in from playing outside as well which made me feel worse obviously...... The daycare implemented a new policy of no jackets on hot days from this recent incident. My youngest boy was fine here at first, then out of nowhere he began coming home with bite marks all over his body and red marks or bruises all over him etc. We hardly had incident reports, and when my wife would ask they would say they don't know what happened... when he was a little over the age of one, the bites randomly started happening less and I would only see them a couple times a week, but I understand teething babies bite, it's just unfortunate they are unable to catch it. But apparently my 1 year old had started biting at the facility shortly after he stopped coming home with bites all over him, and it seems every single day I got a letter saying he is biting. As time continued forwards the notes were getting worse saying he is unprovoked and biting etc. Keep in mind, our child does not bite his brother at home, or myself or my wife, or other family members etc. I and my wife have explained this to the facility multiple times. They asked for tips to help him stop, and I told them I don't know because he doesn't do it at home, I told them to be firm with him, he's a little guy and he's teething, he obviously learned biting from someone else there hints the bite marks he would come home with all the time. He is 16 months old now and they suspended him for a week hoping we could magically cure his biting habits that he does not have at home which suspending him wouldn't solve anything obviously, we just lost a bunch of money because my wife was having to take off work... but this entire time he has been biting at the daycare he has been teething very very badly, to the point where he is soaked in slobber basically 24/7. Any logical person would understand that if the problem only happens at daycare, it has to be remedied at daycare.... It was actually a good thing they suspended him because when he got home, we discovered he had been running a fever at daycare, and obviously we had no report from the facility... my wife brought him to the pediatrician and they informed us he has RSV and his oxygen levels were at 91%. My wife talked to the pediatrician about his biting as well and they said the daycare should know how to deal with it because it's perfectly normal for babies his age to be biting, she also said there is absolutely no reason to suspend a 1 year old for biting and that is ridiculous. Well.... they expelled him from their facility today with no warning, also on the day before thanksgiving where all the facilities will be closed and I can't get ahold of anyone. This is kind of just a small sample of what my experience has been like with my children going there.... My wife said it really started getting bad after the owner or whoever this other lady is left and is now at a different go n play facility."
"The teachers have always been accommodating to my kids. From toddlers to pre-k, they are patient and kind. My kids love going."
"I cannot stress how much I love this daycare! My firstborn started here back in January and his learning has improved so much. These girls have treated him as one of their own and loved on him so much. I wasn't even nervous bringing my second one in at 10 weeks. Their care and love passed on to him as well :) As long as we live in Montgomery, this is where they'll be going to."
"My son has been there two years now and the staff treats him like family. We've seen people come and go, but no matter the team members, they always take great care of the kids. Alyssa and her staff make sure the kids are learning, loving, and being well taken care of."
"I currently work here and also have an almost 1 year old attending the infant room and let me just tell you I love how well the teachers take care of my girl! She always has a smile on her face. And as far as my coworkers and my boss goes, they are all awesome it really is like a big happy family and I enjoy coming in and seeing my class everyday!"
