"I love Mr. B and Ms. Joanne (now retired). However, the hours is EXTREMELY difficult to get to if you don’t have flexibility at your job. They open at 8:45 and close at 4:45. Literally impossible if you work hours like myself from 8-5. People would still be in there but of course ignore you. So make sure you take the day off for your package pickups etc."
"One 6/23 I drove all the way to Prairie View to obtain passports for my 3 children. I had experienced bad USPS local workers here in Katy but these folks were decent. Ms. Joanna attended to us on time and treated us with respect. She was very understanding despite my kids being rambunctious. I even forgot to print a document and she patiently referred my to CVS in order to ensure all my paper work was intact. She took time to pronounce our names. The gentleman that working with her that day was equally professional. If I ever have to renew passports for my children ever again, I'll keep on driving all the way to Prairie View. Keep it up Ms. Joanna and team."
