Texas Children's Urgent Care Cinco Ranch

"My child was sent away with symptoms of asthma flare. Was told because the high pitched sounds were heard during inhaling instead of exhaling that it was not considered wheezing. Was told he just needed to cough. I was spoken to in a condescending manner as she explained the reasons why you should bring your child to urgent care. Went to pcp next day and got a steroid and an antibiotic because there was a buildup of mucus in the lungs as well as an active asthma flare up. I was shocked at the lack of knowledge Fehintola Olaiya displayed. She sent away an active asthma case because oxygen saturation was still good and he wasn’t struggling to breath. Those are reasons to visit an emergency room not an urgent care. I will never go back here again. This was the last of many problems from this clinic for my family."

"We took our 1 year old here with a 105 fever, they instantly sprung into action bringing cold towel within a minute of us walking in the door. The very friendly and had us in a room within 5 minutes of arriving and his our baby’s temperature down to 102 within an hour. Amazing staff and amazing physicians! If an unfortunate event arises again, this if definitely where we will be headed to."

"I don't know why they are calling themselves urgent care, Yesterday night, I took my son after he was hit by ball while playing baseball and frontdesk people asked me if I had an appointment? Seriously, how would in the world I know my son will get hurt today. they were saying they are only taking appointments. I asked them if they could ask provider and she if he or she could squeeze him in. They didn't even bother to ask. They were not ready to help even seeing my son bleeding from nose. PS. Took him to ER and even ER doctor told me we should have taken him to Urgent Care instead. It was minor injury but they are so called Urgent Care cost me 650 for ER, which was not needed."
