"The staff are amazing and take such good care of my baby."
"I’m looking for Ms.Karen. She was my daughter’s teacher in 2009. Do you know where Karen is?"
"On the first day I had to file a child advocacy case. Military care is a great thing when it’s done correctly and with upmost care. The director is awful to deal with and is awaiting retirement to collect that check."
"The individual that I spoke with, Dianna Dyer, was absolutely horrible at customer service. I called to ask about how long the waiting list was and was essentially cutoff and told to go to the website. I don't mind going to the website, but when the lady cuts me off midsentence and brushes off any question I have, then I feel they are probably too overwhelmed to take care of my call, much less my child! I was shocked at how horrid the customer care was. Good luck calling to get information!"
"Terrible customer service. Contacted to find out the youngest age they will accept and I get told to go on a website and get on the waiting list twice. I said Ma’am I asked about the youngest age you accept not the waiting list. ( I never said I was trying to place an application my goodness! ) So she explains. Then I asked about how they do pricing and before I could even get that all the way out she cuts me off. Well ma’am, thank you for your time but clearly it appears you all are overwhelmed and don’t want anymore kids signing up or parents calling for service! What a way to represent the business!"
