"I started going here few weeks ago, coffee always hot, clean store, hot food, staff very pleasant."
"Staff never cares when things are wrong. Never tries to help. Coffee cold, they just nodded their head. Water priced wrong, she said it was in the wrong place. They are the o es who stock. We have to pay because they don't take pride in their work."
"Do not go here. Management is forcing employees who test positive with COVID to continue working and put other employees and customers at risk of exposure. Go to another location. They actually take precautions for staff and customers."
"I go to this location every morning. Every. Single. Morning. Most of the time, they are pleasant. There is fresh food for breakfast and the cashier is ready to check you out so you can get on with your day. Then there are their off days. It always seems to be the same individuals who are too busy to check us out or don't have sandwiches made. I understand that there are small tasks they must complete during their shift, but I cannot spend extra time some mornings and it, coincidentally, seems to always be on my more rushed mornings that she has something keeping her from being where I need her. If it isn't that, it is that she is distracted in conversation and I have to interrupt which makes me seem rude. It is first thing in the morning. I have somewhere to be. I would prefer to not have to be rude. Besides, her response to my interrupting is always something that makes me want to be actually rude. So I daily, reconsider my decision to shop here. Daily. Nothing tops the morning there were no breakfast sandwiches made. I didn't have time to wait and so I just asked for a piece of chicken and biscuit. My thinking was that I would put the chicken on the biscuit myself. Turns out it is $1 more to do it that way. Even though it is not as good. The biscuit is hard and cold. I like them soft and it is always perfect when it has sat in the warmer for a few minutes So when I brought up that I had to pay more because they didn't have the sandwiches ready, the response was "I told you I would make it if you just waited a couple minutes." I DON'T HAVE A COUPLE MINUTES. My visit at this store should not make me late. So I paid more for less convenience.... Neither the cook nor the cashier cared. The problem was mine, not their's. I am one more issue from boycotting this store. Oh, I almost forgot.... the air pump went out and I flattened my tire instead of filled it. The same distracted morning cashier accidentally put our gas on a different pump one morning. Ours on a different pump, and the other person's on our pump. So our $40 became $10. Then it took an unreal amount of time and energy to fix the issue. Same person. She has been there a long time. Perhaps she has become too comfortable. I'm not sure. It is not my business. I just want to get my gas and a warm chicken biscuit without spending too much time or having to spend extra money. This morning it was a poor selection. I ended up eating a bologna sandwich. I hate the sausage at five star. The boy running the grill this morning told me it would take 5 minutes because he had to cook the chicken. No thanks. So he didn't cook it..... is it a new rule that chicken is made to order only? And my daughter, she asked if they had any chicken, strips or otherwise.... he said he would have to drop it and it would be a a wait. Again..... did not drop them because she said no thanks. So..... don't expect chicken when he is working. But plenty of big stacks and heros. You know, disgusting inventions made for people who want an over stuffed pork extravaganza for breakfast. I am truly sick and tired of this location. Brand new. A brand new store..... with the same old tired staff. Perhaps someone should explain to them the importance of patrons...."
"If you choose to pay inside, there is always a line. The deli case has a tendency to burn sandwiches (most of which are made in the microwave), and everyone pretends they don't notice. Bathrooms regularly back up, especially the men's. Bits of the free air hose are stolen every couple weeks. Staff are usually nice though."
