"I guess they are under-staffed because the whole store seemed in disarray. There was an extremely long line at the only open cash register. The employees are nice but you can tell they are overwhelmed."

"This location is dirty and unorganized, staff is rude and unhelpful. Check that you have all of your items and all of your bags, cashiers and even the Manager does not put all bags on the counter, I know from experience, they will let you leave the store without all of your bags and items that you paid for and then argue with you the next day when you try to go back and get the things that they did not give you the day before."

"With such abusive employees and ageneral manager, I decided to order everything online. Dollar Tree is so desperate for employees that they will hire anyone and it's rare for them to fire any bad employee. This is the most unequal disrespectful dangerous customer experience I have ever has in a store and its a regular event at this location so poorly "managed" under Annalisa Smith's terrible leadership. She play the pee wee hermon game of whatever you say or complain about bounces off her and ends up on the victimized customer. Dollars Tree should hire truly mature adults not 5 year oldsin adult bodies viciously bullying disabled customers for vindictive fun."

"Great place met a really nice lady, a professional organizer while there, she helped me get a cart for my supplies. It seems a bit under staffed. The lady with the head piece - seemed not so friendly, as did the tons of Indian people walking and expecting you to step to the side for them, no manners at all. The guy who cashed me out had great customer service."

"While shopping I really needed the restroom for an emergency and the manager refused to unlock it. He said “it’s not available for you” and then turned around like I wasn’t there. Terrible customer service. Absolutely zero compassion for paying customers. I understand if it’s out of order but he just absolutely refused to unlock it and I ended up peeing on myself."
