"This place is amazing for kids birthday decorations and theme parties!! However I did not give it a 5 since previous years they had color coded decorations and each color had a ton of decorations which made it easy to shop for adults as well as children- I do miss that. Other than that it is almost perfect!"

"What its come to I guess. Three people standing at registers not one can say hey be with u in a second…all u gotta to is point the gd stuff out and I’ll be on my way. But guess I have to order online and pickup cuz I don’t have time to walk this whole store. Y’all work there…so I’ll place my order and when I pickup I’m just going to show u my order and be as silent as you all are! Gimme my stuff and let me gtfo of these places…no customer service anymore just a couple teens and a 40 yr old huffing and puffing that they work at party city. It’s every where though sad sad more concerned about their online orders than a person standing right there in front of you what’s most annoying is I was right here by the store it’s why I stopped in now I gotta come back? On second thought I’ll just order from Amazon to my house thanks"

"No one ever asks if you need help, they just look at you. When I did ask the gentlemen acted like I was a bother. The goth looking little girl that was cashing out was very pleasent."

"It’s been a minute since I’ve been to a party city and they have definitely stepped up their game! I love the wall display for costumes. The employees are nice and helpful. Only thing I don’t like is a lot of items are not priced on their display and/or don’t have a price sticker on them."
