"I want to thank everyone who was there for my mother. All the doctors and nurses were so kind. We did not have one bad experience. Everyone was so patient and helpful! I cannot express how thankful I am. If I ever have to go to the hospital I want to go to this one."
"I would say don’t come here for serious issues but unfortunately some of these nurses can’t be trusted for minor ones either. I had a serious health complication I didn’t expect this small town hospital to handle but I needed a catheter. I don’t know how my nurse passed the NCLEX because she gave me a leg bag as a solution for my pain and discomfort (discomfort from my complication not the catheter itself), wiped me BACK TO FRONT, and she didn’t know that leg bags are contraindicated for bed-ridden patients. My urine back-flowed into my bladder so bad when I went BACK to the ER my doctor said looking at the CT scan I received it was about to burst. That is a potentially fatal complication for a MINOR ISSUE. To have died over THAT is gross negligence. I think that nurse’s license should be up for review to prevent any unnecessary injury or death and I intend on submitting a formal complaint when I find out her name. I’ve come here a few more times out of self-assumed necessity due to the trauma that nurse inflicted and the way other LITERAL LICENSED NURSES are scared of bodily fluids to the point it impedes their job is insane. Again, if your life is not being threatened and you have no other choice I would absolutely not come here."
"My husband was a patient in this facility in June of 2022. The care was questionable, I believe he was either dropped out of bed or was not positioned every two hours he had multiple skin breakdowns on his face and knees. I asked for the Unit Director to call me and they never did. The bruising was so bad that Ft. Worth Texas Health took pictures when he was transferred to their MICU. My husband should have been transferred to tertiary sooner. Yes, my husband had Covid but had another diagnosis of NHL I asked for a hematology/oncology consult which was never addressed. My husband was never given Bipap as an option for breathing. This was discussed with the nurse and doctor prior to intubation. I am a nurse so I know what I am talking about. It has taken this long to write a review because of not wanting to come across with anger. Was this a sentinel event? Was it reported? If you have a loved one at this facility be very vigilant with the care that they receive."
"I hate to be this person…but I think I was mistreated based on my race yesterday. My nurse NEVER attended to me my entire visit. I asked for pain resolution for my entire visit and never received any. I was told the doctor was waiting on my results and my nurse was too busy. Turns out there were multiple clots in my arm. Again, received no treatment when I’m used to getting at least a heparin injection or something to encourage the clot to breakup. I was sent home with a prescription for pain pills after sitting there my entire visit having received no relief. In over 2 hours, the nurse assigned to my room NEVER came in, didn’t even check my vitals. Definitely making an official complaint. P.S. not sure why everybody got a bad front desk lady, the one I met was literally the nicest person there."
"I had my SON here. 11/26/23 The nurses that took care of us were absolutely AMAZING. They truly gave us such memorable memories. They treated my whole family with so much love & compassion. I will forever be grateful for those nurses. If y’all get a chance to read this.. thank y’all from the bottom of our hearts! ❤️"
