"Stayed here as it was closest to delivery location. Was posted $42 for the night but when I got there It ended up costing me $81.00. Stayed in room 104 on 01-23-2024. They must not change the sheets unless they are very dirty. Being a bald man I know the handful of 12 to 14" long hair I found after pulling back the sheets didn't belong to me."

"To be honest I wanted to give the hotel a 1 star but I want to be fair. My reservation was for a top floor room for the sake of peace and quiet. This hotel was itself quiet minus the family in the room overhead with parents that REFUSED to control their energetic toddlers that continued to run from one end of the room to the other, non-stop for hours even after management told them more than once to take the kids outside to play or control their animals because they are disturbing other guests. That nuisance aside, the room was not equipped with a coffee maker, a fire alarm, the sofa had stains, the furniture was badly cared for, only one light worked at the sink in the bathroom and the television seemed to be from the early 1980's. It was about 6 inches thick and a Curtis Mathis."

"New hotel. Yeah it's a super 8 but don't let that trick you. This place is really nice all things considered. Staff was amazing and check-in was, for a lack of better words, fun. Would definitely stay here again."

"From the outside it's just meh, but we were very surprised & pleased the moment we stepped inside. Very clean, very nice, down-to-earth staff. They're currently converting from carpet to tile in the rooms & we were fortunate enough to get the first room with tile. The rooms are huge & very clean. And, there's a pool that we were pleasantly surprised with. Overall, we were quite happy with our stay, with no complaints."

"I honestly thought it was perfect at first since i was told i could still get a refund after a booking error and was lucky enough to still be able to get a room last minute....just to have a completely innocent couple that by the way had booked this room days prior and called ahead of time to confirm everything was in place, spook my sleeping parents at 1 am because they were given the same room! I put it a side until the third party booking service told me that when they got in contact with the hotel they denied my first booking refund that was a month later. when i called the hotel they were insistent that the 3rd party is to blame and that they would have their boss call. They never did. all in all horrible first time trip to Hidalgo."
