"My experience was going very well the first week, my girl is just 3 years old, she entered her area calmly until in the second week there was a change of teacher and she tried to adapt but the third week was this Tuesday, September 28, 2021 The teacher who was taking care of her did not come out to receive her and we had to wait a little at the reception and we had the opportunity to witness a situation, there was a child who was crying a lot, I could see from the cameras in the reception that she was bringing him from her little hand going around the entire room until the child did not stop crying and she lightly threw him by her little hand towards a corner and yelled at him to continue crying there, then the same teacher came out to receive my girl, my girl came in crying Scared, I stayed watching the cameras at the reception to see her reaction (my daughter's) and I see that the child is still crying and she goes and yells very loudly in his face that he will shut up later since he doesn't stop crying, I pick him up and carry him. I took him out of the classroom and left him alone in the hallway, and there the teacher saw that I was still there, I immediately asked my daughter that I wanted to take her with me and that was it, I was disappointed that there is no one checking the cameras, that they changed a lot of teachers, and that teacher didn't let them grab the material, my girl said that they didn't let her grab toys and that they hit her on the forehead but I really doubted it until I saw what I had to witness, so I don't have a good experience at this school."
