"Normally I don't have problems with this location but so far I've had to rebook an appointment for the third time. The first time I brought my daughter and it was my fault that I forgot my card. So when I asked the lady if I needed to bring her, she said it was an online appointment and so I didn't have to bring my my daughter. The next day I came in without my daughter and brought my paperwork and they said it actually was a check-up appointment and so she should have been brought in and that I'd have to make a new appointment. So I made a new appointment to come in on this day. The appointment was supposed to be at 11:00 because my brother-in-law needed to be at work at 10:30 and I would be 20 minutes away when I dropped him off. Arrived only to find that the appointment was not scheduled for 11:00 like it was supposed to but it was scheduled for 45 minutes earlier and so now I have to come all the way back here again. Don't really have gas to be wasting on al multiple 1 hour round trips just to not achieve anything. Mosley annoyed that if there was an issue when the chick told me she was scheduling for 11:00 if the booking so happened to become not available, I should have been notified"
