"Would not recommend. Pretty much go anywhere else. -“Fixed” clog was not “fixed” -kept slamming my doors shut because they apparently didn’t have time to do it gently -left door open when I have pets in the house that could get out."

"Stinsons came recommended to us but after our experience, we won’t be using them again. They “fixed” the problem but definitely wouldn’t recommend them. We will be using Thompson’s plumbing from now on. We had a leak in an upstairs bathroom. The initial phone call to set up the appointment went fine, the first plumber arrived on time, explained all the problems and how to go about fixing it and asked my husband if we would be able to remove the vanity ourselves to gain access to the shower plumbing in the other bathroom. He said he would cut the drywall himself when he did the repairs. My husband said sure, and then the plumber capped all fixtures and got the vanity ready for removal. He made detailed notes about the repairs needed and said to call first thing the next morning to let them know if we got the vanity off because if not, he would send their contractors out in the morning and then he’d be out in the afternoon to get the plumbing done. I called the next morning and said the vanity was out and that my husband was taking off work and would be home when they arrived in the afternoon. At 2pm, no call or update from the plumber and he hasn’t arrived so I called the office. I spoke with Paige who rudely said that they needed at least 5 hours to do the job and they close at 3 so the afternoon just wouldn’t work and so no one was coming out. I told her that not only did the plumber leave tools behind, but he had told us he would be back next day, in the afternoon. She huffed and then put me on hold. She then came back on the line and said she now sees the notes and she could schedule me for a week for now in the morning to allow enough time. We booked it, I said we wouldn’t be home right away but since the plumber knew the problem and the house and was good to work with, we board the dogs and leave a key for him. So 1 week with no vanity due to awful communication on their part!!! Fast forward to the day of the visit #2. I’m at work, a different plumber calls me and says he’s at the house but there is no one home and he has another job to go to so he left. I called him back and told him about the key and he said that he didn’t even know the problem or anything or what he was fixing during his visit. I explained it and said the vanity was off and ready for him. He said he didn’t understand and asked if I also cut the drywall and gave him full access to what he needed to fix. So not the same plumber as visit 1. My husband took off work yet again, got there and met the plumber who asked him what needed done as the plumber was holding the very detailed notes the first plumber made, including parts lists. Plumber 2 never even acknowledged it. Plumber 2 made the apprentice cut the drywall because “he wasn’t comfortable” and looked at the situation and said he had shopping to do for parts and that they’d “get lunch while they were out”. They charged us for their lunch hour and charged way more than market value for parts. Summary of repairs, the leak is fixed but they left a mess, never replaced the vanity and plumbing of the vanity as plumber 1 said they would, all the new fixtures they installed are loose and will have to be fixed, and the caulk they did was incomplete and sloppy. Plumber 1 was great! Plumber 2 was not. Because plumber 2 didn’t pay attention to plumber 1 notes, we had to pay for the same job twice. The same apprentice came out both times but didn’t fill anyone in. Stinsons probably won’t even know who wrote this review because the office and plumber 2 continually get our name wrong despite having the correct information from the initial booking and plumber 1. Communication with Stinson is awful and not only were we overcharged, we also had to miss multiple days of work and are stuck doing our own plumbing now to fix and complete what they didn’t. $1400 later… Never again."

"Hot water heater was not working. Gas regulator was not giving consistent faults. They were able to diagnose and fix problems in less than an hour and showed me things that will need attention. Really liked and appreciated the two technicians and their friendly kindness. Charged a fair price and didn’t take advantage of us like their competition has. Great service! Matt and Daniel would be welcome here anytime!"

They worked quickly to resolve my plumbing issues. They left behind no mess and ensured that everything was in good working order before leaving. Overall, I can’t recommend Stinson Plumbing enough!
