"Clean store and nice employees"
"Excellent customer service. I was greeted by the cashier when I entered the building. I was asked by another employee if I needed any help finding anything. The store was clean and stocked. I didn’t have trouble finding what I was looking for. I didn’t have to wait in line very long. A far better experience than the last time I went to this Fanily Dollar."
"Seems for the last few months this store has just been neglected. It's not uncommon to find empty shelves, aisles blocked by both scattered merchandise and boxes of product waiting to be stocked. There is almost always a line and a single cashier."
"Rudest cashier I've ever dealt with. I normally don't go to this Family Dollar but happened to be in the area so I stopped in to get my weekly laundry soap. The first thing I noticed were two staff members behind the counter talking badly about a previous customer who had trouble with her debit card. The store was a mess, with stuff looking like it was just thrown wherever. I literally had to hunt for my laundry soap and matching fabric softener. Got to the counter only to find the rudest, snobbbiest cashier I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. Granted this store is on the outskirts of a more difficult area of town but that does NOT give these staff members the right to treat customers like that. This is a store the Corporate Office of the Family Dollar companies would be absolutely ashamed of. I'll stick to my own neighborhood Family Dollar from now on."
