"The carpet installers reeked of cigarette smoke. The whole house smelled terrible afterwards. Not what I want in a brand new carpet! I complained about it and was met with the most lukewarm response. One sales guy even came out to my house and smelled the floor himself, like he didn't believe me. They did finally agree to pay for professional cleaning, but I'm just so not impressed with this company."

"From start to finish, absolutely the best professionalism and quality work on our kitchen back splash! Showroom associates Greg & Jeff were so helpful while we were trying to pick out what would have been an otherwise overwhelming task. So many options!! Jeff followed thru with great communication, patience and a friendly & obliging attitude. He was always readily available for our questions/concerns. The back splash installer, Michael, was topnotch! Not only was he meticulous, he was neat and tidy for a job that could've been so messy. He was so polite and wanted to take off his shoes every time he went in and out but we insisted that wasn't necessary. From start to finish, we are 100% satisfied with our Rodgers Floor experience and will use them again as well as recommend to others!"

"I was very disappointed in the service that I received from Rogers Floorcovering. They messed up every single part of the project that I needed them for. My wife and I went in 2 weeks before we needed the flooring installed and gave them a specific day that we needed flooring installed. They assured us that they could meet the deadline and have the flooring installed on that day. They came out to measure for the flooring and said they would give us a quote. When several days passed and I had not heard anything, I called them and they told me it was too late to get the flooring installed when I requested. After talking with several people in the store, they agreed to rush the delivery on the flooring and, again, promised me it would be installed the following Monday because I had appliances coming Tuesday to be delivered. When Monday rolled around, they didn't show. They didn't call me after I had taken off work to be home for the install. I called them and they told me that the flooring had still not been delivered. On top of all of that, when they checked on the order we found out that it was the WRONG flooring all together. I have never had so much trouble communicating with anyone in my life. In the end, I had to take more time off work to go purchase the flooring and install it myself on short notice. I will never use Rogers Floorcovering again."

"Chris came out to our house to give us an estimate for taking out our old carpet and putting in a new hardwood floor. We were going out of town for a few days, and Chris said they could do it while we were gone; that way we wouldn't have to deal with all of the dust, etc....When we came back to town after 6 days, the house was immaculate, and they stained the wood so well, you cannot tell what the new area is!! Chris Rogers and his folks are the best with whom we have ever worked."
