"Rachel Smith is just wonderful! We purchased a sink and faucet from Winnelson in 2018 through our contractor, J&R Construction (side note: also amazing). We had an issue today that with the weather I was concerned about. Rachel took the call personally, spent time to stay on the line as we troubleshooted and assisted with possible solutions for almost an hour. She was kind, concerned and made me feel at ease during a frustrating moment. Her customer service is above and beyond, so appreciative of her efforts- there are not many people like her! "The showroom manager Kimberley gave us a quote for a Moan shower system and asked for our credit card info over the phone. Assuming it wouldn’t be an issue since this seemed like a good company I gave her the info. She charged everything she quoted but then I get a random charge for almost 1K out of the blue months later. We called to get it sorted out and she claimed it was simple mistake and they’d refund me. Did not refund me even after my husband called and texted and she continued to promise that she HAD refunded the fraudulent charge. Considering we still haven’t gotten a refund and we had notified her of this issue on December 6th it’s reasonable to assume she literally just stole that money using credit card info she had from us, a client. Really mind boggling. I’ve already sent a demand letter and disputed the charge with our credit card company but it’s just scary knowing there are people out there that’ll use your credit card info that you’ve given them in a fiduciary capacity to then essentially steal almost 1K."
