"They have a restroom but it’s not open to the public. Ids why like y’all are special or something. I wish stores like this would just go Outta Business. I am a taxi driver we do not have a permanent office or break room or a designated location that we can go to beside corner store do use the restroom so when I got turned around today and they told me that the restroom is not open to the public I felt offended and also very disrespected I’m a female I cannot be holding my pee for hours to come thank God 7-Eleven with Down The St in the restroom was clean and the ladies were very nice and super friendly at 7-Eleven maybe quick Mart could go down to 7-Eleven and take some notes"

"Tried renting a Uhaul from them. They told me they opened at 8 on Saturday and that I could be there to pick up the key. I was waiting in the parking lot until 8:30 and no one showed up. Left and had to rent a Uhaul from another location. Better locations to rent a Uhaul from in Arlington."

"Update 11-11-21: Apparently Don and Vicki sold the store, but from what we have experienced, the same wonderful service and excellent personal skills with the new owners/workers. Still the first stop for our needs! Been using this store for over a decade now and owners have ALWAYS been amazing and patient with my three sons who could never decide what drink or candy to get when they were younger. Store is well stocked and Don and Vicki are friendly, even learned my name and kids names after a few visits. There is a wide selection of items I never expected in a small family owned store. Even had triple layer hand stitched masks and hand sanitizer when no one else had them during height of beginning covid craze. Owners even went so far as to get certain type of smokes for me after I asked about them a few times. They are especially kind to the hordes of school kids who love to inundate the place after school. Even though a General Dollar opened right across the street a couple of years back, my family's first stop is still ALWAYS Quick Mart for every unexpected need, fast pickups of convenience items. Only if they are out or do not carry a specific needed item do we go anywhere else, like the DG. I have seen multiple acts of kindness toward other customers when I was shopping there, so IMO, they will have our patronage until I move, or die. Excellence deserves loyalty."
