"The place is what to be expected of a Dollar General. Good selection of candy and drinks. Staff is always overworked and under paid. Always short on staff to do multiple jobs. I make 2-3 trips a week to my local Dollar General. Dollar General is apart of American History."

"Went to this location at 9:20pm and the doors were locked. I saw a gentleman inside who looked like he was unloading boxes of product. Multiple cars/people tried going into the store to no avail. Update your hours if you close earlier."

"This is one of the worst businesses I’ve ever been in in terms of customer service. They act like they don’t appreciate the money that you spend there. It seems to pain them to help you. Whoever manages this should be ashamed. There is never anyone consistently up front to help customers. The world of self checkout doesn’t work when your machines don’t work consistently. The organization needs to do some serious customer training. It’s sad Aubrey has a business like this."

"I went to the Aubrey Texas location to rent an HR carpet cleaner and when I got it home I had to clean it up to use it. Then when I took it back the next day the supposed manager on shift this morning (10:10AM 12-16-22) didn't know how to do a return and she wasn't very nice about it. Like is was my fault she hasn't been trained. She told me I was going to have to bring it back later. With the price of fuel and my time being worth 75.00 an hour I'm now loosing money just to do business with them. I not a happy customer right now. Hope corporate reads this and makes some changes here."
