But Stacy took the time to educate me and made my puppy feel so safe. He was immediately drawn to her and just laid in her shoulder. He was also done in a timely manner and came out just as handsome as ever. We will definitely be back."

I by no means and being rude because i understand mistakes happen, but whoever groomed him cut part of his ear off. when he was picked up nothing was mentioned paid and tipped, she said he was good. he was acting weird all afternoon and evening and my sister saw why… to not even tell the owner of the pet/ your customer that he was injured is where i am dumbfounded… the least you could have done is say you made and mistake"
