They are telling the public it's because of drainage and plumbing issues but the real reason sales are Down is because of bad management and poor customer service which ran customers off! This store got what it deserved!! SHUT DOWN"

"My 83 year old mother goes into this store all the time . She went in a few days ago & the manager told her she would wait on her this time but not to came back. She told my mom her son came in & got into with her. I don't have any brothers who live in the area & if they did they would not have done this. My parents have lived in this area 55 years. Your manager or employee needs 5o show some respect to customers. She told my mom she was going to call the cops. I wish she would have. We will be co tasting corporate about this matter. "God forbid you use coupons from the FD app you’d think you asked them for their soul. The cashier didn’t know how they worked and the manager acted completely overwhelmed and didn’t offer any type of help at all. She made me feel like it was my own fault the coupon didn’t work. They also close the store early just because. I went on a Friday and I overheard the manager tell the cashier they were closing the whole store down at 6pm cause she had a deliver truck dropping off stuff. I knew someone that worked at a FD store and they made time to restock without it affecting store hours. So believe the other reviews when they say this place closes earlier than they are supposed to."

"Went here last night to get somethings to help with my daughters project in a hurry i googled the time that they should close, it said 10 pm. It was 9:11 lights off and doors locked i see the cashier he says that they close at 9pm me and another lady clearly standing next to a sign that says closes at 10pm. I go down the road to another one and what do you know opened and busy. This place should change the signage and website to correct store hours and not waste peoples time!"
