We easily texted that we needed a sick visit, got a responding text with appointments available the same day, the office feels so nice and welcoming, my child felt comfortable, we only waited maybe 2 minutes, and Lauren was very kind and super knowledgeable. It was a great experience! I also went to Harper House for my yearly checkup and saw Kelli. She was also very nice and knowledgeable. It was just a better experience than other offices I have tried in every way. I had been looking for somewhere that wasn’t impossible to get into, had available appointments for sick visits, and had a functional medicine approach in addition to traditional medicine. I also needed to follow-up about something and they have been very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this office to anyone! We will definitely be making this our permanent home!"

We hardly had any wait time, and we didn’t have to jump through the usual hoops we deal with at our usual pediatrician’s office. No waiting on hold to schedule an appointment, no waiting in a crowded waiting room full of sick kids, no dealing with 4 different people and explaining the same thing over again. We were listened to, prescription was called in, treatment was explained thoroughly, payment was smooth and easy, and we were done! We will be back!"
