"Very nice visit laferia Nature Center today, clean, lots of animals"
"Very peaceful and the view was amazing, had fun walking around and having a little picnic under the pavilion today, around 6 more people started coming in but it was still nice. The sunset is to die for we had a red sun tonight couldn’t get any pics though but I got some good photos here!"
"The area is beautiful. The water is beautiful but the playground is dangerous amd I'm so upset that the city of La Feria has let it get so bad. If you want your kids to play here be very careful if they fall it will hurt because there's no padding to keep them safe."
"Very peaceful with a beautiful scenery. There was also shade so you could watch the birds and turtles in the water without being in the sun."
"This place is plain flat with many to see, and there's three lakes with wild life. The freeze killed some Plantation but there growing. Today was very windy as when we reached the restroom entrance towards the Pavilion, mosquitoes were in the restroom protecting from the wind which it was closed, yikes. I would guess when no wind and good weather it's game on with mosquitoes bites. The walk was nice around the three lakes and many huts with benches to sit. The pavilion was nicer to be, no mosquitoes because of windy day. Oh must see hawks flying for the hunt and i belived we saw a skeleton fish eaten by a hawk. See pic. It's free and follow covid guidelines. Over all, go on your own risk."
