"Came here for lunch on a weekend. No hostess to seat us. Servers just sort of walked on by. Not even a greeting to say someone would be with us. Horrible customer service. Staff was non-existent. Waited a while just for our drinks and the appetizer came out before the drinks. There is no sense of urgency here."

"This place has terrible customer service. The evening shift manager was very rude and unprofessional. Never introduced herself, I used the app to check in and waited 20 minutes and no one ever came outside. I went inside to go get my food and was told there is no curbside pickup on Mondays. Never heard of no curbside pickup on Monday, but also I was told the cameras don’t work for outside. This is ridiculous and this place will never get my business again."

"The most noticeable thing we noticed is that they had completely revamped all of their lunch deals in the menu since our last visit and not necessarily for the better. The food was just average, and for me, the cut of meat I had was a little on the dry side. They drink deals still seemed to be good, and I actually encouraged my wife to enjoy them on the days of the week when this happens. There is room for improvement, and we will probably try them again in another year are so to see if it has improved."

"My waiter was not very in the game when we sat down. I was ordering my steak off the menu she didn't ask how I wanted cook or anything. However even after she placed the order she has not stopped by not one time to check on me and my fiance see if we wanted more drinks, or to see if we was OK, just keep walking past us and going to other tables. The last thing that made me upset was she literally walked past us slowly didn't ask if we needed silverware to eat our foods or even napkins Anna Needs a bit more training. Thank you so much for the manager Nikki for stepping in to resolve this issue and making us feel little more better. I just moved to FT Worth this is the closest Applebee's to me I want to keep coming back here so I will give this another try in a few weeks hopefully the service is better."

"This is Great place to meet n Eat. They have several Value Menu Options and Excellent Happy Hour Deals. Downside, being ❤️ Patient, SALT amount is very High. Next time I will ask for Salt Substitute. Bonus, they give Military Discount too!!! Loved the food. Excellent portions for Prices."
