"Very knowledgeable staff, great place to get some historic perspective of the city, great displays."
"An INCREDIBLE hidden gem!!! Don't let the storefront-like entrance fool you. Inside is a wealth of history and culture from Weslaco and the surrounding area. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and the displays are very well done. This high of quality for such a relatively small town is mind boggling. Kudos to the staff who obviously care a great deal for the museum and the town. THANK YOU to all of you!!!!"
"We came to Weslaco by error of ours but what a wonderful adventure we found in visiting this museum. From the moment we walked in the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and so welcoming. The works of art would just amazing and full of energy and abilities. The history of the area was so interesting to read and see. I would recommend this Museum to anyone near and far. The cost is so reasonable and it's right on the main drag of town. Stop in you will not be sorry you did."
"Cute little museum in downtown Weslaco that gives a nice background on the history of the city and area. If you can take the tour, definitely do it - otherwise, it's difficult to grasp what you're looking at or why it's important. I would also suggest shopping in their gift shop, where they have books on local history and information on other places of interest in the valley."
"Lots of great history here in this museum. Covers a wide range of topics from settlement to present day."
