"I live in Addison and always drive by this place so I decided to check it out one day. I asked for a pedicure with French tip gel. Before I was able to notice, they left toes were filed completely crookedly and were already painted. When I brought this to the young ladies attention, they asked someone else to finish my pedicure. I understand that people make mistakes but I was shocked by their response in seeing that they new how crooked the left foot was, they still charged me the full $80 for the service. Unfortunately will not be returning. They were nice tho!"

Please keep the lovely ladies that did my mani/pedi tonight. They took the time, listened and payed attention to detail. These are also my natural nails and they did great job taking care of my natural nails and look amazing."

"This is my second time at this nail salon: 1st experience was a 5/5 stars, I received a full set of gel x with gel pedicure. My nails were nice, flat and evenly shaped which is a super plus for me. My pedicure was nice and square and polished perfectly. However my second experience was not good. Since I got a full set gel x the nail tech did my fill with acrylic which is fine but the application was so damn thick and bulky like ewwww. The polish was horrible on top which made me really upset and disappointed. The pedicure was not good either she file the nail tooo short all the way to my skin like damn lady my nail was not short when I arrived here and the polish was sloppy. Overall I will not be turning because there is no consistency, now I went to the beauty supply and bought some nail files to try and fix this mess. But I think imma soak these off and wait 2 weeks and go to a nail tech that doesn’t rush and take pride in their work."
