"I don't understand how the dude with the long hair still works there . He is not only rude to customers, but treats the manager like dirt, as well! In front of customers!!! It blows my mind that he is still employed there after so long. This place is always crowded with boxes. I swear that the Halloween aisle has been full of boxes for weeks and stuff always expires the next day or 2, making it useless to me. The lines are always horrendous, but the YOUNG ladies are very, VERY nice. Especially the one with glasses. She makes them deserve the extra star."

"Well all I can say is check your receipt when you shop here and evidently hold on to it! DON'T purchase the LOTTO tickets here at all - if they "forget" to scan your ticket into the system, well that's too bad you just gambled and lost $10 without even playing the lotto. They refuse to make it right, no refund nor will they activate the worthless ticket - so basically they just rip you off, don't know if they are scanning and pocketing the next ticket up or just don't know how to properly scan in the ticket. They don't care and refuse to make it right. Reporting to the Texas Lotto Commission and obviously I won't be spending my money there any more! If I could put a -2 star review I would"

"We are an elderly couple. Husband refused use of bathroom. We are regular customers and always the same story . Always out of order. Although once husband Asked for key and was refused-I then went and asked and was given a key ????? Lakehills Texas store 9258 Hwy 12835. Other than this I really like this store but can no longer go there."
