"Great place to get all of your lawn care, dirt, rock, pools, fountains, lawn decor, anything you could ever need for the outside of your home. They are extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and hardworking, not to mention very friendly and warm! They treat people like family!!"

"Customer service is nonexistent. I wanted a pergola built with a low calf high fence. I would have to have trees removed and stumps grinder. I continuously called to let Jessie know when this was accomplished. I left messages, but never received a return call. I went in to the business to talk about a start date and to find out why my calls were not returned. Young lady at register gave me numerous excuses for the absence of management. Jessie finally appeared and was very rude. She explained that I had not signed a contract,so materials had not Ben ordered. We once again reviewed me contract and eliminated some items, as they were very expensive. I was then told I had to pay a cash only deposit. I never asked for a discount. I can afford the original price she quoted, just choose to have that portion done separately for less. I was given a start date of Oct 30th.. 30 October approaches,weather was great up until the weekend prio to the start date. I did not receive a call the weekend prior nor on the start date. I called to inquire and was told the weather was the reason for the delay. I had called a couple weeks prior to inquire about the fence order and was told the fence was in. Jessie now says the order was not in, but construction of the Pergola could begin. She told me she would check the schedule and call me back. She did not call back, so I went in to business to find she had left for the day. I left a message for management or the owner,and requested a return call. The next day two hours after start of business I decided to visit again. I asked for the manager or the owner. Neither were in, but Jessie did step up lot let me know she is married to the owner. I was not going to deal with her any more. I requested a refund. Jessie proceeded to get my refund. She came back and counted out the quantity of bills she was giving me, not the cash value. She offered to put it in an envelope for me. I accepted, but wanted to recount myself. She had shorted me by $700. Luckily I recounted before leaving. Not sure how she could be off by several hundred or was it intentional. I will never deal with them again."

"If you are military (active or retired) stay away from this place. I find it funny how contractors act professional until contracts are signed and deposits are made. By the way, most of these businesses use deposits as interest free loans! This is especially true if no work has been performed! Also, they will use weather (which is a factor) as a tool to exploit contracts to cover up poorly managed staff! and schedules! My advice to potential buyers, other than don’t use this place, request a tenative start date and have it written in the contract so that you are in control as the consumer. *I would have moved forward with the installation, but the owner (Brandon) said I was not a good fit. I’m not sure how to interpret that….certainly hope it was not for me asking questions about a paid service! Thanks Brandon! Don’t respond with some generic garbage! I hope everyone seeing this takes a look at your negative reviews and make responsible choices."
