"If I could give 0 stars I would. We have a home warranty with Vernon's Carpet. The trim at the top of stairs came off. I called for 7 weeks asking for them to come out before they finally sent a guy to look and see what they needed to fix it. I called the next week (week 8) and they told me that their installer fixed the stairs. However, he didn't. He said he'd get back with me. I call again the next week (week 9) and they said they had to order a part and that's why it hasn't been fixed yet. I call again (weeks 10-12) to check on the status. Still not in, that's nobody's fault. I call yesterday and the owner says the installer told him he fixed it already....again, nothing is fixed, he says he'll get back to me. I call AGAIN today (week 13) and the owner says the trim isn't in yet and GETS extremely frustrated that I keep calling... Unfortunately, we didn't get to pick out the flooring options on our home so we didn't have a choice on which company to go through but my advice is: RUN- DO NOT purchase anything through them."

"Vernon's Carpet did a great job installing our new carpet on our steps, hall and upstairs bed rooms. The quality of this carpet is excellent. The employees were very hard working, showed up on time and got the job done in two days. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of work done and the high quality of the carpet. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend!"

"After five years, kitchen floor vinyl came up off the floor. I’m heading to Corvins to get it removed, and replaced."

"Very poor installation, Our House has rolls and waves in the carpet that I had to fix myself because they would never come back out. My mother had hers done by Vernon’s as well and she has the same sagging issues in her carpet - I would not recommend them."
