"My visit on 03 Aug. 23 a pleasant one. The Dr. was friendly and personable with pleasant manner. The receptionist was polite when asking for my $35 co-pay which I promptly paid. I noted at that time I was not charged a co-pay on my July 2022 visit and was told financial arrangements had changed, but nothing was said about owing any money for 2022. I was surprised to receive a billing statement two days later an additional $35 fee. I contacted their office about the issue and was told the subsequent charge was a retroactive charge for July 2022. I disagreed with the charge and will no longer be scheduling any further appointments with them. I don't trust their billing tactics, especially retroactive payments solicited from July 2022."
