"I went for the first time today and didn’t get a great experience. I walked in signed their sign in sheet, picked out my colors & sat in the waiting area without even getting a greeting. Didn’t mind that part so much. After about 40 minutes of waiting another customer (A White woman) ( I’m African American and Hispanic woman) comes in and goes to sign in She was immediately greeted. She then picks out her colors and sits down not even a minute later someone comes to prepare her services. And no she didn’t have an appointment and looked to me and asked had been waiting long. After saying yes almost 45 minutes without even a greeting she herself was shocked by them completely looking over me and not even acknowledging my presence. I simply said it was ok told her to have a nice day and left I would never give them a dollar of my hard earned money to ppl who don’t even have the basic human decency to treat all paying customers the same."
"Very relaxing pedi. My 4 year old also got a pedi, and her nails painted. Sadly, by the end of the night, her polish started coming off. She was so excited to have her first experience at a salon."
"Such a peaceful experience. Not a lot of noise and it made a wonderful time to just relax and enjoy the treatment. He worked on my calves and feet for soooo long before the full treatment was done. It was Heaven! For the price ($30 basic peidicure) I felt it was a steal! Great atmosphere and awesome pedicure!"
"Very rarely do I walk out of a nail salon as pleased as I was today. I can be pretty picky about my nails if they are not symmetrical, even, and uniform. Vivian did an amazing job. I had to wait a little bit even with an appointment but it was absolutely worth it. I asked for SNS coffin shaped with tips. This is definitely in the top two best nails I’ve had done thus far. I guess I got lucky that my regular salon was closed today. I will be back to see Vivian!"
