"The male employee leaning on the bread display with his chin in his hand in the RatonNM store told me to put my basket away as I was walking out of the store. I was holding a half gallon of milk with 2 deli items in the bag hooked over my left arm, held a gallon of milk in my left and a gallon in my right hand. Ramona, the Asst Mgr was there. The Mgr of the store has not returned my repeated phone calls as of two weeks today. I've been told the employee cannot be written up without corporate approval. I can help: I will mail Monday, with tracking, letters to the Littlefield, TX and Winson-Salem, NC corporate offices!"
"You need to start answering your phones In all your facilities it’s been like this for years your customer service is horrible the people at some facilities don’t even know what there talking about I’ve been a contractor for 40 years in Texas and in Arizona hands down Lowe’s in both states have major issues with answering the phone and customer service I’m going to stop using Lowe’s Because of that and will go out my way to go to Home Depot from now on and my contractor partners will do the same as well I hope you take this matter seriously because I do like Lowe’s and have completed many jobs with Lowe’s products so please take this seriously Thanks Steve"
"Very upset, cashier was sick and freezing. The weather was in the 20's. I told her she needed a little heater. She said they are not allowed to have one. It upsets me that lowes does not care more about their employees. This is in Andrews, I will be taking my business back to Midland at HEB where they do care about their employees. She wasn't the only one sick."
"I brought a hot water heater in to exchange that I bought in Lowe’s in Sherman. The manager a woman was rude and told me I had to take it back to Sherman to exchange it. I told her it was bought at a Lowe’s and I should be capable of exchanging at any Lowes. She told me she was not a cashier but a manager. I called Corporate and they said yes I could. So I went back in and she still wanted to argue with me that they couldn’t. They finally found a woman that knew what to do."
"Lowes always has expired meat and milk. I have pictures and proof also the main supervisor Ernest is very rude not only to customers but to employees. The other manager there named nereida always did all the work he should’ve been doing and she never got paid enough for it. Plus he always claimed the western union machine was broken and it wasn’t we just never had enough office ppl and Ernest would lie that it was out of order because he didn’t have a clue how to use it or do refunds !!! and there’s were so many customers upset also a lot of stuff on the shelves were expired as well my daughter bought a v8 splash and it was expired from a year ago. All the stockers stock shelves yet they always put all the new stuff in the front and they push all the old merchandise the back. This lowes is in Brackettville, tx Great prices but the manager needs to go. And I do have pictures to back up the part where the food is always expired and bad ."
