"This got to be the worst Claire's in Houston. The manager Olga was being rude and sazy when my son came in to ask about piercings, caught a an attitude for bringing in drinks when the store does not say anything about bringing in drinks. She proceded to follow us outside and stood by the windows and stared us down when we were sitting in our car. Avoid this store like the plague. This lady hates her job and wants to let every one know. Please Claire, get rid of these people. I've attached a pic, and it's the same lady from a previous post. Dont come here, save time and go somewhere else"

"Buyer Beware… Don’t Ever Buy Any body jewelry whatsoever from this store (Claire’s on Fairmont 5584 Fairmont Pkwy in Pasadena, Texas) as they “Will Not Refund” your money back! Even when the items in the package is closed (still in the original package), they will not refund your money as our daughter decided not to get a nose ring which they said they can’t do even when they have a sign on their door that they can… they Said (Even the Manager), “We can’t refund them even if they are in the original case (and I Had the receipt)!” They should Mention that on their door too! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT “ZERO STARS” BUT ITS THE ONLY WAY THAT I COULD WRITE THIS REVIEW!!"

"I am super disappointed in the customer service we received from Olga. From the moment we walked in- the only customers, she kept acting like we were trying to damage the products and we couldn’t touch the products. My sons (7 and 3) were so excited to come here and buy a present for their friend. Obviously there is a lot to touch in here and when you touch one thing 3 others fall. It happened to me, an adult. Obviously we would clean up after ourselves. She kept asking the kids to not touch and put things back. I was doing my job as the parent and replacing items and picking up what fell. My child did open an accordion fan and she hollered at him that he broke it. I told him we would just buy it. She wouldn’t let me pay for it and was so rude the entire time we were in the store. We were standing at the back shopping and she says standing at th register that they better not leave things on the floor to get damaged. Lady, I don’t know who you are or what your problem is but you do not belong in customer service."
