"I love when Patty cuts my hair. I kinda only like when she does it. She's got years of experience under her belt. My only concern is that they don't follow their scheduled open hours. They're always closed in the early mornings or when it's dark out, Even when it's just 6 o'clock."

"I came here and was called to go sit in a chair to get my haircut. When I got to the chair the woman was telling me to have a seat, keep in mind there were chunks of hair from a previous client on the chair. I touched the chair and then she noticed the hair and said “would you like me to wipe it down” like um obviously I’m not sitting on that. That wasn’t even the worse part, when the hair was cleaned off she put the drape on me and it was covered in hair which after my visit was all over me and my clothes, a previous clients hair was on me because they do not clean nor disinfect after each visit absolutely not right. Then, the lady doing my hair kept spraying the water on my face when trying to get the side of my head and literally pulled my hair with a comb. Also, I went in just for a trim no more than an inch (A TRIM) and was charged $25 when typically it should be $10-15. Absolutely horrible experience here and the looks you get from the staff is so bad and they’re very judgmental with their facial expressions. Beautiful salon but horrible service and never will I recommend this place! Please go somewhere else, trust me you do not want to come here!!!!"

"The ladies were very friendly but the place was so dirty. Hair, dirt, and trash all over the floor where the waiting customers sit. They did a good job on my wife and daughters hair but mine was rushed with barely any attention to detail."

"If I could give less than one star I would. Amen and asked for a long Bob and I specifically said to her not to cut it too short. I left that place with a choppy bowl haircut up to my ears. When my hair was to my mid back before I went to this place. I seriously couldn’t leave the house for days because I was so embarrassed . I hit joke and cried for hours. Shame on you lady( she is an older lady with long black curled hair) I suffer with severe depression and the hair cut she gave me really made me want to kill myself."
