"ATTENTION PLEASE!! Big shout out to Kersten the Manager! Just wanted to say a BIG thank you for being such a dedicated, loyal, people oriented, business focused manager !!! Just kidding!!! NOT!!! Please anyone & everyone that uses coupons, especially “extreme couponers”, please visit on Saturday to coupon here. She will personally pull her own phone out & check every product & coupon for matches, she doesn’t trust anyone to use the Family Dollar store app, she will tell you, your not stealing or defrauding from her store. She will furthermore, go even better by saying the Family Dollar app doesn’t work to her satisfaction, its her job to check. She will also share with you that Coupon groups out there will intentionally show ways to commit fraud & theft. Wait! It gets better, as soon as she realizes you are using coupons, you get the spotlight all to your self. It doesn’t matter if there is a huge line waiting, you will get her full, undivided attention. Even after scanning everything & hitting the total button, she will gladly up pack everything to double check that the digital coupons are correct to the products they attach to. This should make up for the fact, that she didn’t greet you coming in, she was taking a little break, her phone required attention at that time, so she will make up for that later. Family Dollar should really promote her to human relations or better yet the development team for the FD app. Family Dollar didn’t make the coupon part fool proof to her standard . You know a small company like Family Dollar really should not have to rely on their manager’s & employees to do all the work for them, I mean really? How cheap of Family Dollar not to think of these things! Anyway, So once you pass her inspection of products to the digital coupons your using, your on your way. However, don’t ever question her methods, she will state them loudly & firmly, that way the long line behind you will hear, let’s not have her repeat each time. You know I thought we were friends, me & Kersten. I have went into this store to coupon, every Saturday for the last 3 months, apparently I broke a rule & asked why she did had to do this every Saturday. My apologies! I will give the store itself props, it’s clean & well stocked normally. Other employees are friendly & helpful. After the public humiliation & questioning of my integrity, that of her company also, you may pay & exit the store. Be sure to tell anyone that coupons, Family Dollar apparently tries to trap you into committing fraud & theft thru their app. Don’t worry though, Kersten is on it! PS * I added the receipt that she personally autographed for me when I asked her name & if she was the manager."

"I've came to this store 3 times because it's literally around the corner from me and all 3 times wasn't able to get anyone to ring me up at the register or there was literally no one there and the place was closed despite them supposedly being open for the past 20 minutes. Don't waste your time here"

"The manager with the black hair is so rude and sits their and argues with other customers entering the store while checking out other customers. She just has a nasty disposition about her. The store us clean and always stocked but she's the big problem there. Maybe some customer service training will help her chill out. I'll stick the dollar general a quarter of a mild up the street."
