West Texas Chophouse Las Palmas Center

"Everyone going to a restaurant for the Food. Very disappointed!!! 1st issue: My steak was very cold. 2nd issue: the baked potato was cold and burnt at the bottom. 3rd: they forgot the mushrooms topped on my family members steak. When server brought mushrooms on the side they were cold. 4th issue. OMG the restaurant was very cold inside, food got cold quick. 5th issue: ladies restroom was dirty (see pics) I get it this restaurant is very busy but get more staff added to handle your concerns. Remove your grillers cuz they ain’t doing the job. Lastly, if your shift manager is just standing around…. Sir it’s your shift. Help with your bathroom being presentable. Koodos to the server she was awesome. We where a table of 8 adults and we all ordered steaks and the tickets was over $4 bills"

"We had a fantastic dinner with amazing service. Adrian made some great suggestions and the food was on point. HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. Perfect ribeye that melts in your mouth!"

"The only thing that is keeping me from giving this a perfect score is the fact that my table was a tad bit dirty (small amount of crumbs of food) in the table and the seat I was in. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Steak was cooked to perfection, cilantro rice was incredible, bread was steaming hot and delicious, and the fries were crispy af. Wonderful time here. I hope I can visit again soon."

"Finally had the chance to check this Chophouse out. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip for appetizer(not pictured). And let me start off with: that is the best spinach and artichoke I've ever had. Everything seemed so fresh tasting. Usually you get it and it's like a white creamy color. It came out more of a golden color like the color of gouda cheese. Delicious you gotta try it. My wife ordered a Mac and cheese burger with fries. And I ordered the filet mignon with a baked potatoe and mac and cheese. I ordered my steak medium well and it came out more medium rare. The mac and cheese was ok it was a little too cheesy for my liking. But hey my kid loved it. I did try my wife's burger and it was delicious. Our server whose name I don't remember was very attentive and great. He noticed I didn't eat my steak and went and talked to the manager and adjusted my bill without me even having to complain. I will say I didn't see a member of management walking around to tables though which is odd with nicer restaurants. But overall my experience was fine. I will return lots to try on menu."
