"Was just at this location a few minutes ago. The clerk at the counter (older white lady) was super rude to my friend and I when there was a miscommunication on which big gulp is 89 cents. After not knowing we had grabbed the wrong size, the lady tried to force us to pay for it. We told her we would get the smaller ones and she then proceeded to yell at us “oh so now I have to waste $6 worth of product?!” I told her again that I didn’t know until she said something, she then got upset at us again and was trying to then make us pay for everything including the other drinks! I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and have NEVER had this type of experience! She needs some training on dealing with situations and talking to people"

"The manager here at 6pm on 6/23 was scolding her employee during his shift in front of the customers. She made everyone feel some type of way. She is the one who needs proper training, she needs to learn how to speak to her employee correctly and away from customers. That's very unprofessional."
