"Just left this restaurant around 9:30-945 PM. I frequent this establishment because I love Braum’s! I’ve come to the conclusion that if you don’t come here between the hours of 6:00 AM -3:00 PM the food is terrible. I had my food remade because it was wrong and they still ended up giving me the same old foods again. The quality of service and food at this location needs to drastically improve. At this point, why even risk a visit. Do better Braum’s."

"2.6.24 - NO STARS - Service is terrible. I'm very surprised it remains open for business. I'm such a big fan of the banana split that we had to stop and get our fix before heading home. Out of 4 orders we wanted to place, we just did 2 ordered. The staff wasn't helpful at all, and they didn't want to be bothered. This place was so sorry with sticky spits all over the counters and ice cream area. We were acknowledged after we spike up and asked if someone was working the ice cream section. Took them 23 minutes to finally help us and 17 minutes to do one shake and banana split. These locations are so far apart that we normally don't stop here. Unfortunately, we have to go up North Dallas if we want the good service. I'm not doing that. It's too far. Just happened to stop at this one because it was on the way to our destination"

"I ordered Grill Chix Sandwich w Pepperjack Chz. Got home no Pepperjack Chz. Says it on receipt. Then they want you to come all the way back and sit and wait again, instead of giving a free ice cream w receipt or something."

"We went on Friday night November 17,2023 and got 3 ice sundae’s and a milk shake. The lady asked what we were going to order so she could ring us up. I started to give our orders to and then decided to turn around and talk to someone, she was rushing us and she went to make the milk shake and she barely blended it up all I could taste was the milk she poured in. The need to and better management along with employees"
