"Came here because they had the MOD I was looking for to replace the one I was using. Bought it... It stopped working after a couple of weeks... Came back and asked for a replacement MOD. Nope... Management was on the phone with the guy that was helping me and made a point to tell him to tell me I would need to bring it back in when management was in to make sure it wasn't user error. I bought a replacement MOD... I have been using the same one for four years. But I'm the idiot. Nevertheless I bought another one. But I will make sure next time I drive to San Antonio before going back here. Shame. Just want honest people. No customer service by management. Attendant was very nice. Don't go here. Beware. Sell you bad product and then blame it on you."

After learning that they did carry it, I made the short trip there and the good things I must say about this place is the customer service, smiles and they have a pretty good selection! "The girl that help me was super nice...( re-review nine months later) Well I had such great service 9 months ago, I decided to come back in..And I very glad I did that super nice girl was there working again and another girl was there as well. If I remember there names are Kaliene and Kylye and there serves is just fantastic! I wall definitely keep coming back for my vaper supply's when I'm in town! The stick looks fantastic with those accessorize parts! I just have to say thank you again."
