"I had Ultherapy Jan 2023 at this location. I was made promises that this would help my face. I take very good care of my skin so I was excited about collagen boosting procedure. The procedure is painful. At the end I asked my tech how long had he been doing it and he said 5 weeks. I was starting to notice some issues once the three weeks of swelling went down. I did go in for a follow up and was reassured it would calm and begin its intended purpose. Then came the sagging of my skin, especially on my neck. Two noticeable yet small jowls also formed. Skin that did not have issues before suddenly started looking swollen, other areas crepey. . It has continued to worsen over the last 11 months. This procedure is now offered at half the cost than when I received it. I was botched and will need an actual neck lift for repair. I had been a client since they opened but will not return."
