"I have been a patient of Westlake Dermatology for many years. I have been happy with the doctors in the past. But I tried to schedule an appointment for a visit to address a few concerns, and the office stated that I would have to schedule 2 to 3 appointments to address my issues because the doctors only have 10 minutes per patient. I told her that I would prefer to do one visit because that would be a waste of time and money for me. They didn’t seem keen to find a solution for me. I will be looking for a new dermatologist."
