"I have been on accutane, tretinoin, and spirolactone 2x, and my acne was not clearing up. I knew something was going on internally and I explained my concerns to 3 dermatologists and 2 PCPs, but all of them just prescribed me topical treatments, pills, or just said ‘oh you LOOK healthy, nothing to be concerned about’.
