"I will start with the positive. The assistant manager is very nice, patient and knowledgeable on the services they offer. I had a 1-hour massage booked with the lead therapist and was very disappointed. The massage was very short and he did not massage my body evenly. He would do something on the right and not follow up with the same on my left. I will not be returning. By far the least effective massage I have ever received. It’s so hard to find that right person. Just in case they provide feedback, I did see that the massage time accounts for preparation time however I was called back after my scheduled time. I was undressed by 7-minutes after, he then came in the room and when we were done, I laid there for a bit, got up, got dressed, cashed out and was in my car 55-minutes after the hour."
