"This movie theater is not in a bad location in Humble, but I think cleanliness at this place needs to improve, for a start chairs are old and with stains that make me wonder if it is safe for me to sit down to watch a movie. I think chairs should be replaced completely, they are absolutely uncomfortable, and stinky for the price you pay with your ticket. Also, Popcorn is extremely salty, recently they added a $10 bucket for free refills that I think is a very good deal l, but with the toms of salt or flavor they add to it, that popcorn is not very healthy. I have to say however, that the multiple times I’ve been at this location, staff members have treated me with respect and kindness. My final recommendation would be to please make it safer for customers who leave theater last, the halls are very empty with no associates around to guide you, the exit door that you have to use when entrance is already closed is very creepy and dirty."

"I just want to start by saying these 2 young ladies really help me a lot. Starlyn the Manager and Amber one of the associates helped me change my ticket when I made it on the wrong day. Then the last minute I went again and couldn't make it to this movie theater that gave me 2 free passes so I could see Trolls 2 with my daughter. These 2 help me big time I highly recommend coming here they are great and have really helped me with my situation. I appreciate you two and I hope to see you again. Take it easy."

"This place has lost its touch, poor management, low on staffs, faulty machines, pointless stubs premiere service. Room 5 was a mess. We got here at 25 min before our movie started, the tickets were already purchased on my phone so all I had to do was to print them out with my QR code. The tickets were jammed in the machine and we had no one to assist us. We asked one individual but told us to ask the person on the front. While he was assisting others. 7 minutes later we got helped and we reached to buy snacks at the premiere stubs line with one person front of us. While we waited on stubs premiere line more customers were being assisted before us on the non premiere line completely ignoring us. Poor management, and honestly more employee should be available on the floor to assist their customers, because not only do we miss have a preview. We waited longer of time at the very main entrance, and this has never happened in any of the theaters in the past 20 years. This location will be brought up to a district manager to have a team meeting"

"We are highly disappointed with this location, especially in theater five not only do we have to wait in line for a machine to be fixed and also we got skipped over more than five times. This location needs better structure and management because not only where we not too fairly, but so is the poor seats in this theater Here is a perfect example of what we walked into in theater five despite all the issues that we had at the very beginning D besides structured, needs additional employees especially for the weekend"
