"We went for a birthday party and I have to praise the workers there. My son is special needs and one of the workers noticed that he was alone and wasn’t sure how to play the bumper cars. The young man got in a bumper car and started to play with my son and show him how to do it. He was very sweet and understanding and I am very grateful for his kindness."

"We come to urban air as members Atleast two or more times a week we have had several parties here. We love the staff the girl running the kitchen is the sweetest and the front desk knows my kids and are very warm and inviting to us. My kids can be a handful and I have a special needs child but they seem to handle us well. It’s always clean and the pizza is my favorite. We will be having another party in December here!!"
