"I could not have asked for a better experience. I was warmly greeted upon entering the store. Jonathan introduced himself and asked if there was anything he could help me with. When I told him that I was just browsing, he gave me the space to do just that. He was attentive, but not over bearing. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. He was very courteous, informative, and patient. Also, I loved that there was a sense of genuine camaraderie amongst the workers."

"My initial experience with the Ashley home store was positive. I purchased what I believed was high-quality furniture. I paid approximately $3400 for my sectional from Ashley Furniture. I had a good representative who I liked. Since I have made the purchase, I have been nothing but utterly disappointed with the lack of commitment that Ashley furniture has to customer service. They do not deserve a star, but I am required to at least give them one star. My issue with my sofa started in September 2023. The sofa was purchased new in April 2023. The sofa Cushioning has had issues. I waited over a month for a technician to come out and fix The problem. Less than a couple weeks later the same issue surfaced on the same piece of the sofa sectional. I contacted Ashley again three different times and submitted a warranty claim. Thinking it was resolved. I called to find out when they were going to send a technician and they indicated that I had never called into submit another warranty claim. So I re-filed another claim and the customer service representative asked me to flip over the couch to get a label. There was no label, but I discovered that the dust cover was installed terribly which Dropped my confidence in the repair process. I have attached these photos to show the workmanship. According to all of the customer service representatives that I have spoken to there is a standard, and that is not factory Standards. due to my findings, I requested that Ashley just replaced the corner section. Even though the photo showed that the technician did not do the work correctly, they said their process was to try to repair it again. At this time I decided to go into the store and speak with the manager who indicated that Ashley does not allow them to do anything on a customer service level other than sell their product. He did ask me to send photos and that he would send the information to someone he knew to see if he could do something. Unfortunately, the manager did not follow up with me and there was no change in the process. I am still stuck in repair purgatory trying to get parts for my sofa. It is now December 20 and I’ve just had another outstanding call with Ashley. I was to receive my parts two weeks ago and now they are telling me the first week of January. I was hoping to relieve myself of this issue in 2023 but I guess we’ll be carrying it over in 2024. My biggest complaint with Ashley is on the customer service side. There is no urgency to deal with these issues. And there is a lot of generalized answers that mean nothing. I spent my hard earned money with the company that I thought I was buying a quality product. I did not get a quality product and I do not have a company that is backing up their product. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing any products from Ashley furniture. Yeah Brian Link"
"On 11/24/2023 made a purchase on some bunk beds. 11/25 I picked it up from the warehouse, got home and started unboxing the items and noticed that the head rest was broken, parts of the beds head rest weren’t assembled correctly, half way assembled and not glued on and found more broken pieces. I called the warranty department and explained them the situation. The person I spoke sent me an email for me to upload pictures of the broken pieces and stated that it would replaced on Monday 11/26. Did not received an email nor a phone call so I called back. Person I spoke to stated that there was no claim put in or pictures uploaded. So I started the claim again. Long story short, they kept giving me the run around calling this number here, texting this number there until finally I spoke to the store manager I believe Andy is his name and he told me to email him pictures and a call back number, he went out of his way to help me by reaching out his boss to see if the claim could be expedited. On 11/30 I received a call to set up a delivery and pick up but that the earliest delivery would be on 12/8. Moved in to a new house and purchased furniture from Ashley so my girls could sleep on their new beds but now they have to sleep on the floor till we get the new beds 2 WEEKS after I originally purchased it. This would be my first and last time I’ll make business with Ashley Furniture . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO NOONE, unless you want bad service. If I could give this place 0 star ⭐️ I would. Never again!"
"We bought a bedroom set until 3 weeks ago. They said that only the dresser is in stock. They said that they will deliver the dresser in a few days, but that they will deliver the other products in 6 weeks. We accepted this situation. When they brought the dresser for delivery, it was damaged in a few places and there was no box. The officer who brought the product filled the damaged places with a pastel pen. We said that we would not accept the product in this way and they took it back. A week later, while waiting for a new packaged product to arrive, they brought the same product again. When the places filled with pastel pencil were touched, he was painting her hand. This time, the officer told us to accept the product instead of sending it and then call the customer service. We did as he said. However, customer service was not interested in us. We went to the store we bought it from 3 times. They said they were interested and made a registration. The last time we went, the employee named Andy was more involved. He told us to wait until Thursday. I hope someone will take care to rectify this situation. I think they sent used product. I'll post again to update the status after next Thursday."
