"First time and last time I will ever go here. Went to get a perm here and she BURNED MY HAIR!! She refused to refund my money ($70). I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and this was supposed to be a treat for me. My hair is short and thin. She left it looking horrible! She doesn't stand behind her work. She burned my hair and took my money. I didn't want to argue with her and I didn't want to get the police involved, so I paid and left. My sister called and asked if she would refund my money and she refused. What kind of person messes up so bad and then robs an old lady? Apologize and admit you messed up. I had to go somewhere else and pay another stylist to try to fix it."

"Owner is so unprofessional, she left me with 1/4 of bleach in my head and just LEFT, she left me with a younger girl who didn’t know what she was doing and was clearly a beginner she didn’t even know how to tone the hair and was applying the bleach so slow so I was there for extra hours. She didn’t apply any bleach in front of my hair, I then messaged the owner about it and told her I was willing to even pay again to get it fixed (even though I shouldn’t because it’s HER fault the other girl didn’t know what she was doing) and she just left me on read!!!"
