"I can’t give zero stars so 1 will be. I went to register to pay for my stuff. The lady forgets to check out some items and my niece was walking away. The cashier very rudely stopped my kid and was insinuating that my child was taking items. Make sure to keep and eye out for all your items to be put in bags and charged correctly or you will be very upset for the incompetence of the employees."

"If I can give this store a 0 I could coming from customer services and retail myself I was shocked at how my family was treated during my time here we were shopping for light and looking for Christmas items when my son found some cute candy spoons I was like cool we can use them for hot cocoa and while shopping had my kids hold the items I was buying my son went over to pick up one more and before I knew it a store member walked over and The items from my phone and real hard and told him don’t touch this this is for people who really buy stuff in the store I felt so offended how and who was she to say we were not buying anything I I would say it was by Culture as falling but it was from the from someone of the same lightness of me which believe it or not it’s your own people profile you as well I ask for a manager and guess what she is the manger and the person at the register states he doesn’t know the district manager name and refused to give me the number I just this happened my son was so scared"

"The worst. Store never opens on time so please arrive at least 30 minutes after 9 if you need to go there. Just this morning (12/26/21) a customer confronted the cashier inside to open the store and she was arguing with him through the door telling him she’s going to open it when she’s ready to open it. You can’t get through the aisles because there are boxes EVERYWHERE. Very crowded, yet disorganized. Since I grew up in this area and this is the closest family dollar I thought all family dollars were like this but nope. Ine thing is the staff is pretty nice and relatable and they know their store, so maybe the young lady I’m speaking of was having a bad morning but it’s not an excuse. If you’re willing, just drive an extra 5 minutes and get to the one on S. Post Oak and Orem."

"Worst store I've seen in a while. I audit for lots of companies and never ever have I seen anything like this. Employees smoking at the registers "explains why the inscents" did not smell like cigarettes. The on cashier dont know his name but was the only one trying "new rep" My mother couldn't even walk the isle this was the saddest part. Opened Monster drinks on each shelf. Trash all over the floor. Needs new management. Needs to hire new staff. Needs an ASM. Needs a night crew for organization purposes. Needs 6am crew to fill the shelves with over flow items which will bring down most issues including the rats. Needs leadership involved and different placing of shelves so a view can be seen by staff with leads on staff. I dont know how this business makes money when the staff allows the business to look this way. It sets a bad example to the tradition of family dollar. Sad sight to see as an auditor. I would love to see this location fixed."
