"Had my first facial ever at the H&S in Kingwood today. Let me say what a great experience! From the smiling & cheerful girls at the front desk and on to Riann. Having no comparison it’s easy to say she’s incomparable! Her hands worked magic on my face! Riann is silent thru out the facial and her fingers are strong, gentle, and soothing. Amazing experience!! I’ve booked for next month!"

"The masseuse that I had did no more than rub the same area, in the same manner for 23 times repetitively. On my neck, for both sides and at the nape..... she repeated the exact same 'rub' that I perform on my 27 lb. cat when I pet him. I even stopped her and asked for more of a 'massage' vs. a rub, but that didn't change her mannerism - she just did it harder. It's pretty sad that I had to sit there and count this action, vs. trying to relax. Also, I started at 11:04 and she finished at 11:52. And needless to say, I left there feeling worse than I came in. Unfortunately, I would not recommend or return."

He's always professional and kind. I highly recommend Hands and Stone. I can't forget that the front desk staff are outstanding!"

"Hands down...or up or with stones this is the best massage I have ever had. Johnny was my therapist today and as I understand it, new to the office. I have had massages for the past 35 years and this was the most thoroughly explained along with different techniques I've not yet experienced. I had a lymphatic massage which was new to me along with other techniques. I will definitely be back."

"For my birthday and as a new postpartum mom, my husband gifted me a massage and facial. He had called ahead and put his card on file for the services, and was told the total amount for the services. When I arrived, I would only have to add a tip. The massage was fine, nothing to write home about. The facial, however, was divine. My issue however was in the up-selling they did. To the masseuse’s credit, she clearly explained any add on services and the price of each, asking if I wanted any, to which I declined. It was a little weird considering I was in the massage room, trying to get relaxed and she’s trying to sell me on a higher package, but I get it (though still hated it). But with the facial, the woman asked me if I wanted certain things, but it was not at all clear that these were additional charges. It was my first facial so I wasn’t aware of all the things that would not be included in what my original booking was for. Needless to say, I was floored when the bill was about $200 above the total amount they had told my husband on the phone. No wonder the facial was so nice. This soured my entire experience and was very frustrating that it was not more clearly communicated what the additional costs would be. If you go here, know they will try and up sell and won’t always be clear on the added fees."
