"Great Tortilla Factory to go and visit and get your hot fresh-made tortillas. The owner and operator is always on site, him along with his helper are always courteous helpful and work hard to keep their clientele happy they have really gotten the tortilla recipe down to perfection and are more than capable of handling big orders. come on over and try them out next time you're in Matamoros there is truly no comparison to a hot fresh made corn tortilla"
"So we arrived at around 11:15, and it was pretty dead(only a table of 2 customers), so my mother and I were excited to get great, quick service. This did not happen. The waitress did not get my drink order correctly. 30 minutes after we ordered, we finally receive our food, but my order is incorrect and nobody asked us if we needed a refill while we were waiting for our food. The food was DELICIOUS, I'll give it that, but the service was careless and could do better with an easy quick fix: WRITE ORDERS DOWN. The cashier was kind enough to give me a discount card for my next visit, which leaves me to speculate, "does this restaurant intentionally give poor service upon someone's first visit, to have the consumer return for a discount meal?""
