Bergamos Spa Retreat

"Strongly recommend the facial! I was pleasantly surprised at how revived I looked and felt after the treatment. I was also surprised, however, that the website still advertises a Sauna/Steamroom and yet neither will not, from what a staff member told me, be operational for another year. I think deleting advertising of this amenity from your site would be helpful since it diminishes the experience of the customer when they are continually told that an amenity is not in service."

"This is one of my favorite places of all time. I have been going to this spa for 14 years. I am never disappointed. Sometimes in life you come across someone who is in what I call top 2 % of their field. Kim is one of those people. Kim’s pedicures are the best I have every gotten. If you can get an appointment with Kim, treat yourself to an amazing experience. Kim does not do manicures but yesterday, I got a manicure from Kimberly. Kimberly is on her way to being one of those people who is in the top 2% of her field. Her manicure was amazing, especially her technique in applying polish. I will be going back to Kimberly for my manicures. I highly recommend checking out this spa."

"My masseuse was exceptional, professional and amazing, however she was the best part of our visit to Bergamos. We had a couples massage scheduled, upon arrival we were told the men's facilities, lockers, sauna were unavailable leaving my boyfriend with nowhere to change and unable to use the facilities around just the massage. It would have been appreciated if they would have contacted us in advance to offer to reschedule, versus telling us after checking in and having him sit in the waiting area with all women in robes as there was no male facilities open that day. It did make the experience lacking and awkward. The staff were polite however for a higher rated establishment the management should have made some effort to accommodate or reschedule. Very disappointing for what was meant to be a relaxing afternoon."

"Great massage and facial. I also got a foot scrub treatment that was so relaxing . Enjoyed the sauna and hottub. The robes are nice and comfy, and there was lots of nice seating to set out and enjoy the views while waiting on your service. The rock salt room is great also."

"If you are looking for a great place to relax, this is it. Open daily with coffee shop, breakfast and lunch healthy menu and happy hour in the afternoons. I went on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed a deep tissue massage 50 minutes of pure relaxation. They have a spa that you can use after the massage but it was not working. The large shower has a rain shower head and a good quality shampoo and conditioner I would have given a five star but not having the spa was a bit disappointing, I look forward to it after a good stressful week. Other than that it was fantastic! If you want a good female misuse ask four Glo."
