"This salon deserves not even 1 star. I took my little guy to get a haircut and my daughter was with me, so she asked for a quick trim. She has long, curly hair. Lily took her back to wash her hair, brought her to the chair and proceeded to brush her hair out. She was literally ripping her hair out with the brush and her head was snapping back. She began lecturing her that she needs to wash her hair and brush it with other customers in the salon. My daughter’s hygiene habits are just fine. It’s clear Lily doesn’t know what to do with curly hair. I asked her as she was brushing if she knew how to handle curly hair and she said she did. She continued to lecture my daughter about washing and brushing her hair and then began cutting clumps of hair out to instead of brushing her hair out. She didn’t even try to use a tabling spray or leave in conditioner. I stopped her after she cut 3 long pieces off her hair and we walked out. I have never been so angry in my life. To top it off, she she said she could only accept cash. She should have let the customers know before the services began."

"I usually have a good experience at this place. We’ve been going to Kim for a few months. She does whatever I ask, except for yesterday’s visit. I told her to cut my son’s hair using level 2 for the razor. She refused and said she will use razor 4. Then, she told me to step all the way back to the door. I couldn’t see what she was doing. When she called me after she was done, I told her to cut my kid’s hair shorter. She did. Then it was my youngest’s son’s turn. She really messed it up. She cut above his hair line. I told her he needed 1/4” trim and she cut off one inch! Next day I told Lily to fix it. She tried. She made it worse! She also fixed my oldest son’s hair and did a good job. Won’t be going back."
